Infoxchange Australia and Royal District Nursing Service (RDNS) presents at the HIC 2010 conference

The joint project resulted in the intergration of RDNS's Camillus system to Infoxchange's S2S Service Coordination and eReferral system in Victoria. There has been close to 1000 referral transactions since the functionality was implmemented. 57% of all electronic referrals from RDNS sites in the regions that have implemented S2S is to users of the S2S system.

Within the primary care sector, 68% of all electronic referrals is facilitated by users of the S2S Service Coordination System.

S2S usage in 2009

We have now entered a new decade in 2010 and the S2S team are enjoying our continued relationships with our clients in NSW and VIC. Looking back over 2009, we are proud to say that it has been a fulfilling year. The S2S systems are now used in over 500 agencies/sites comprising of about 1,500 various services or programs.

In Victoria the eWaitlist system is now being used by the aged care assessment teams in all regions (except in the Loddon Mallee region).

New Look S2S Website Launched

Welcome all to our new look website. We hope you will be able to navigate the site and find information that you require regarding the S2S suite of applications as well as resources available for referral and training requirements.

We are very proud to say that the S2S eReferral and service coordination system as well as the eWaitlist system are now being used by over 5,000 health and community sector workers in Victoria and New South Wales.
In Victoria, we work with 12 Primary Care Partnerships to facilitate secure electronic referral and communication between a diverse group of services as part of the overall ehealth and service coordination framework. 

Introducing our new client management system, SRS

The latest addition to the S2S suite of applications is the Service Record System (SRS), which is a web-based Client Management System. SRS has been designed for those services keen to establish information management and reporting systems that maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
