Apply to Register with S2S

In order to register as a user of s2s, you must satisfy two requirements:

1. Your Agency & Service must be a current member of S2S

2. You must have signed authorisation from the Registration Authorisation Administrator at your organisation.

You can apply to register with S2S, however due to privacy laws, you must also gain authorisation from a representative at your organisation. They need to complete a Registration Authorisation form with your details, sign it and fax it back to us for approval. Upon receipt of the authorisation from your S2S Administrator, you will be given a role in our system.

If you apply to register, please note down your username and password as you will not receive an email from s2s when you have been authorised. You will also need to provide the S2S authorisation administrator with your username to confirm your registration.

NOTE: Please ensure that you comply with the Information Privacy Act 2000, The Health Records Act 2001 and Privacy Act 1988(Cth).

The S2S Systems also require that you have specific PC requirements to be able to use our systems. Please read the requirements below and consult your IT department if you to not meet these requirements.

Minimum PC Requirements:

  • Any operating system that supports Firefox or Internet Explorer
  • Firefox v2 or higher / Internet Explorer v7 or higher
  • RAM:
    • Windows XP or earlier/Mac/Linux: 1GB
    • Windows Vista/7: 2GB
  • Display: 1024x768
  • Internet connection: 256Kbps adsl/cable/network

Recommended PC Specifications:

  • Any operating system that supports Firefox or Internet Explorer
  • Firefox v3 or higher Internet Explorer v8 or higher
  • RAM:
    • Windows XP or earlier / Mac / Linux: 2GB or higher,
    • Windows Vista/7: 4GB (i386/x64) or higher (x64),
  • Display: 1280x1024 or higher
  • Internet connection: 1Mbps or higher adsl/cable/network
