eWaitlist has had a facelift!

A new update of the S2S eWaitlist system has been released!
The eWaitlist now has new features which will further streamline the eWaitlist process as well as include some added useful features and reports.

New Features:
The main areas of change are:

• New S2S banner on site
• New look Menu and sub menu items
• New look Lists
• All columns can be sorted
• The “display options” functionality allows for user to show or hide the columns
• The status is colour coded
• There is a column for last approval date
• Ability to easily change the number of results per page
• A set of reports can be accessed via the new reports menu for management

The eWaitlist enables a straightforward and equitable response to client needs across the full range of service sectors. Client demand for services is lodged centrally on the eWaitlist, prioritised, and made accessible to service networks, according to categories of need, at the click of a button. The eWaitlist ensures easy case-by-case service delivery from a single online location. This new upgrade will save even more time and effort for users, provides a cleaner look and feel, and includes more intuitive language than the previous version.

Usage of the eWailist system has increased exponentially since its release in early 2006. From implementation until the 1st of October 2008, 163 Agencies have been added to the eWaitlist. We have also seen an increase in Services, totalling 286 to date. Within these Agencies and Services, more than 1000 users have added 17,091 clients to the eWailtist. In the last financial year alone, 8932 clients were added.
