S2S Release June 2011

We're happy to announce another release of our S2S eReferral and eWaitlist systems. This release consists of various defect fixes and small enhancements, detailed below.

• Addition of form-clearing functionality for S2S eReferral SCTT09 forms.

eReferral users are now able to clear entire completed sections of SCTT09 referrals. When creating a copy of an existing referral, users can now delete all completed fields in a SCTT09 profile by simply opening the relevant form and clicking on the ‘Clear Section’ button found at the bottom of the S2S screen. This functionality is expected to be especially useful to users wishing to make modified copies of existing referrals. Please refer to the image below for an illustration of how this new feature can be accessed.

• Update to Referral Notes help text for eReferral users.

When entering Referral Notes into the Confidential Referral Coversheet section of a new referral, eReferral users will now be able to view an updated hover-over help text which outlines and clarifies the purpose and content of this section of the referral.

• S2S session timeout warning notification.

S2S users will now receive a warning message prior to their eReferral and eWaitlist sessions expiring, giving users the option of extending their session. After 1 hour and 45 minutes of inactivity, a pop-up prompt screen will appear which will alert users to the impending session expiry, and permit users to extend their session beyond this time.

• eWaitlist loading speed improvements.

Improvements have been made to the loading speed of the eWaitlist in Internet Explorer (IE) browsers. eWaitlist IE users should now notice improved efficiency when loading and sorting the waitlist referral tables.

IMPORTANT: How do I get the changes?

Most of changes will be available to you automatically, however for or an optimal experience, it is important that you clear your browser's cache when you visit the new version for the first time. To do this, log on to the system, then press the "Ctrl" key and "F5" key on your keyboard simultaneously. This will refresh your page and prevent certain errors from occurring.
