S2S Release May 2011

A new version of the S2S eReferral & Waitlist systems has been released. This version includes a number of small enhancements, as well as various defect fixes.

Most particularly, eReferral users will now be able to access, edit and complete draft referrals that has may have been created by other users registered within their service.

Below is a list of the main changes which comprise the May 2011 release.

  • Access to other users’ referral drafts through Service Records.
    eReferral users now have access to referral drafts created by other users within their service through a new ‘Draft’ folder within the Service Records area of the system. This folder lists all draft referrals created by all users registered in the service, and allows drafts to be edited and sent by other workers within the service. Please refer to the screenshot for an illustration of how this new feature can be accessed. Users can also now search for draft referrals created by co-service users by entering the draft ID number into the ‘Search by Referral ID’ menu feature.


     

  • Update to Return-to-waitlist functionality for eWaitlist ACAS users.
    eWaitlist ACAS users will notice that they can now select between ‘Package set to CACP’, ‘EACH’, or ‘EACHD’ when returning a ‘withdrawn’ or ‘pending acknowledgement’ client to the Waitlist after reassessment.
     
  • Copying a Compressed View Referral to clipboard.
    Previously, copying the Compressed View of a Referral from certain browsers resulted in the inclusion of extra text elements once the copied text was pasted into a plain text editor. The eReferral Compressed View now copies as a clean text file, without additional, redundant text.
     
  • Latest Referral Sender Notes remain viewable after having acknowledged them.
    The latest referral senders’ notes now remain viewable to the referral’s recipient once the recipient has clicked on ‘I’ve seen the sender’s latest changes’ button. The notes can be viewed in the ‘Latest change’ section in the ‘View’ referral screen; under the ‘Current Status Details’ in the ‘Compressed View’ screens; and in the ‘Service Summary’ section of the client’s record.
